The villa is set in a panoramic position, on a sliver of land from which to gaze upon the rugged, silent beauty of the Crete Senesi.
A strategic point to lose yourself in the light of the rising sun to the east and the unique, evocative colours of the sunset to the west.
Among gentle rolling hills and iconic cypress-lined paths, you will be embraced by a unique landscape where nature constantly changes its hues—from the gray-blue of winter clay to the vibrant greens of spring and autumn, culminating in a burst of golden tones as the summer wheat ripens.

The property is a charming historic farmhouse, consisting of a main villa and characteristic annexes, carefully restored over the years to combine historical charm with modern comfort.
Today, after a new restyling, it opens its doors to welcome visitors in search of authentic emotions.
The complex includes five rooms and one apartment. Completing the hospitality area are a large infinity pool, accessed via a path of white pebbles, and a SPA suite equipped with a sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower, and relaxation area.

The entire Pecorile road, linking Asciano to Chiusure, offers breathtaking panoramic views over the gentle hills and the stunning Crete Senesi landscape. A particularly famous viewpoint, known for its iconic cypress-lined avenue, is just a few hundred meters away and easily reachable on foot (coordinates: 43.2005605, 11.5908128).
This scenic road is often part of the legendary Eroica route, a cycling experience that winds through the heart of Siena’s lands, across Chianti, the Crete Senesi, and the enchanting Val d’Orcia.
Strategically located in the Val d’Orcia, Villa Eos lies just a few kilometers from the imposing Benedictine Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore; here, time stands still as the sacred notes of Gregorian chants rise during the monks’ prayers.
Continuing past the hamlet of Chiusure, you enter the lands of Montalcino and the village of San Giovanni d’Asso, a treasure chest of Tuscan tradition famous for its exquisite White Truffle Festival.
